ADMINISTRATION & REGISTRATION FEE

A £35.00 one off fee is due per family with their completed application form.

A £20.00 yearly admin fee will be added to September invoices.

Our collection times are 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5pm and 5:15pm

 

CANCELLATIONS

Six school weeks written notice is required to cancel any sessions or entire place.(For example if you wish your child to leave at the end of the Easter term six school weeks notice is to be given, the two weeks Easter holidays cannot be included)

 

SCHOOL CLOSURES

If the school has to close for the whole day or early, before 3.15pm then ASC will be unable to open, session fees are still due.

 

LATE COLLECTION

4pm, 4.30pm and 5pm sessions will be charged at the later session price, if you do not arrive at 5.15pm then a £5.00 late fee is due upon collection or the next day, an additional £5.00 per child for every further five minutes late on top of the £5.00 fee.

PLEASE NOTE THE CARETAKER LOCKS THE SCHOOL AT 5.30PM.

You need to have 1 or 2 people close to the school that could collect your child for you at short notice before 5.30pm.

It is the parent/carers responsibility to inform ASC by telephone if they feel they will not arrive for their collection time. 5.15pm sessions must phone before 5.10pm to let ASC know of an expected arrival time and keep ASC updated until they arrive. 07864501679 or let us know who will be collecting your child for you.

 

FEES

Are due on the 1st of each month, if this is not received then a late fee of £10.00 will be charged on the 2nd of the month followed by a further £2.00 per day. If no money is received on the 5th of the month a letter will be sent out requesting payment immediately. The manager will consult with parents/carers on the 6th of the month to resolve the situation this may result in the withdrawal of your child’s place.

 

CHILD NOT ATTENDING

If for any reason – sick/holiday, going to a friend’s for tea etc your child will not be attending their session please leave a message on the A.S.C. answer phone 07864501679 or email - info@4-11asc.co.uk before 2:00pm. Please note this session will still be charged for.

 

COLLECTION BY AN UNFAMILIAR PERSON

If you are unable to collect your child and you will be sending someone else please tell staff in advance. If it is on the day please phone the A.S.C. who will ask you the name of the person, relationship to child, brief description and a password.

 

MOBILE PHONES

To protect your child, and others, NO mobile phones are to be used on A.S.C. premises.

 

CHANGE OF CONTACT DETAILS

Please inform staff of any changes of address, phone numbers or medical needs.
